Compensation of $10.70 per hour, 35 hours per week, $75 per month for meeting attendance by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Peruso.
FILL IN Secretary: Compensation of $10.70 per hour, to be called in on an as needed basis only with the approval of 3 supervisors, by motion of Peruso2nd by Thomson. All Ayes Motion Carried.

BOND LIMIT:  set at $125,000 for Secretary/Treasurer by motion of Peruso. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes Motion Carried. 

ROADMASTER: Joe Peruso by motion of Spanko.2nd by Thomson with rate of pay for RoadMaster $10.75 by motion of Spanko.2nd by Vojtowicz.  Recommend rate of pay to the Board of Auditors for approval. All Ayes with Peruso abstaining. Motion Carried.

SUPERINTENDENT OF ROADS: Bob Spanko by motion of Peruso. 2nd byVojtowicz with rate of pay set at $10.75 per hour by motion of Peruso.2nd by Woznak. All ayes with Spanko abstaining.

SUPERVISOR OF POLICE: Art Thomson by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Woznak. All Ayes with Thomson abstaining. Motion Carried.

SUPERVISOR OF MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS & PROPERTIES: Bob Spanko by motion of Peruso. 2nd by Woznak. All Ayes with Spanko abstaining. Motion Carried.

SUPERVISOR OF RECREATION: Bob Spanko by motion of Peruso.2nd by Thomson. All ayes with Spanko abstaining. Motion Carried.

LEGAL COUNSEL: Russ Heiple by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Peruso. All Ayes Motion Carried.

ENGINEERS: The EADS Group by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes Motion Carried.

VACANCY BOARD CHAIRMAN: Chris Selfridge by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes Motion Carried. 

EMERGENCY DIRECTOR: Dave Davison by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Peruso. All Ayes Motion Carried.

ACT 511 TAX COLLECTOR: Shannan Kester, rate of compensation at $100.00 per month in lieu of the 5% commission established by the Ordinance, by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Peruso. All Ayes Motion Carried.

EARNED INCOME TAX BOARD MEMBER: Shannan Kester by motion of Peruso. 2nd by Vojtowicz. All Ayes Motion Carried.

POLICE CHIEF: Rickey Price by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Peruso.  Rate of pay $12.75 per hour. All Ayes Motion Carried.

SUPERVISOR’S RATE OF PAY:  Recommend to the Board of Auditors that any Supervisor may work as an employee, a.k.a., foreman, machine/truck operators, laborer, or any other capacity as needed at the going rate of pay of $10.40 per hour by motion of Peruso.2nd by Woznak. All Ayes Motion Carried.

ROAD EMPLOYEE RATE OF PAY:  for working as machine/truck operators, foreman, laborers, or in any other capacity as needed set at $10.40 per hour by motion of Peruso. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes Motion Carried.

HOLIDAYS for non-unionized employees are as follows: New Years Day, Christmas Day, Good Friday, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Election Day and Thanksgiving Day by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Thomson. Rate of compensation for the employees that are currently working, not including any employees laid off regular at their regular hourly rate, by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Peruso. All Ayes Motion Carried.

JANITORIAL SERVICES: Rate of compensation set at $7.95 per hour, 10 hours per week and 80 hours a year for spring and fall cleaning made by Peruso. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

VOTING DELEGATE TO STATE & COUNTY CONVENTIONS: Bob Spanko by motion of Peruso. 2nd by Vojtowicz. All Ayes with Spanko abstaining. Motion carried.

DELEGATE TO THE CAMBRIA COUNTY SEWAGE ENFORCEMENT AGENCY: Bob Spanko by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Woznak. All Ayes with Spanko abstaining. Motion Carried.

MILEAGE RATE: for personal vehicle use for Township business set at the going State rate Municipal Officials by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes Motion Carried.

ENVIRONMENTAL REPRESENTATIVE: Bob Ritchey by motion of Spanko. 2nd by Woznak. All Ayes Motion Carried. 

OPEN RECORDS CLERK: Shannan Kester by motion of Spanko. 2nd by Woznak. All Ayes Motion Carried.

AUTHORIZE those eligible persons to attend training classes and other convention/conferences by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Thomson. All Ayes Motion Carried. 

EAST TAYLOR VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY permission to leave its jurisdictional boundaries if required for emergencies or special events by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes Motion Carried.

Permission to PAY BILLS that falls due between regular monthly meetings by motion of Peruso. 2nd by Vojtowicz. Roll Call Vote: Peruso- aye, Spanko- Aye, Thomson- aye, Vojtowicz- Aye, Woznak- Aye. All Ayes Motion Carried.

SECRETARY/TREASURER, CHAIRMAN, AND/OR VICE-CHAIRMAN designated to sign necessary papers, applications, reports, and legal papers on behalf of the Township for local, state, and federal purposes by motion of Peruso. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes Motion Carried.

DEPOSITORY:  A Resolution has been put forth and voted on foe PLGIT and 1st Summit Bank to become the Township’s depositories by motion of Peruso. 2nd by Spanko. . Roll Call Vote: Peruso- Aye, Spanko- Aye, Thomson- Aye, Vojtowicz- Aye, Woznak- Aye. All Ayes Motion Carried.

EAST TAYLOR MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY: Ed Ocipa to serve a 5 year term by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Peruso. All Ayes. Motion carried.

EAST TAYLOR TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD: Motion to table until Februarys meeting made by Spanko. 2nd by Peruso. All Ayes, Motion Carried.

MEETING DATES & TIMES: the meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M. and workshops are scheduled for 6:00 P.M. prior to each regular monthly meeting (unless otherwise advertised) by motion of Vojtowicz. 2nd by Spanko. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
